Former New Zealand champion bodybuilder and powerlifter Darrelle Stevens' journey of awakening is both delightfully told and full of poignant insight, particularly in the telling of her struggle with religious intolerance. As a Silva Method graduate, she developed her inner senses to such a degree that she could operate as what she describes as a cosmic transceiver - a way station of sorts for communication with entities (including Jesus) reputedly from Sirius and the Pleiades. The fact that Stevens is part-Maori perhaps offers a telling back story into the Pleiadian communications given that Matariki the Maori new year, is so closely aligned to the star cluster in the Taurus constellation, more commonly known as the Seven Sisters. José Silva & Psychorientology
Meeting José Silva was a true highlight of my life. He was an amazing man who, after years of research, developed a method that I believe contains the techniques that can assist humanity to move into this new world that awaits us. This method was introduced at a time when he himself endured many struggles in his life. Sheer persistence and inspiration from beyond the physical realms guided him to develop a method to use more of the brain’s functions to solve problems and awaken the genius that is within us all. José Silva was a recognized genius in the fields of business, education, athletics, science, art, and philosophy. He used his inventive genius to manufacture biofeedback equipment, on which he holds four U.S. patents. I believe The Silva Method is the missing link many have been searching for: a true blending of physical and spiritual realities that are simple and effective (as I have experienced), a methodology that can be easily learned and used to enable us to function and operate as multi-sensory beings in a multi-dimensional existence. The Silva Method gave me developmental exercises, control, and a secure platform from which to extend myself beyond the physical world — to boldly travel with consciousness at a time when I was totally unfamiliar with this type of experience. Over the years, through the struggles and moments of greatest challenge, I always returned to the Silva Method techniques as a safety net to hold onto.
Chapter 6 Galactic Neighbours: Close Encounters Interaction with other frequencies of consciousness that exist beyond Earth is a recorded part of our history. Contained within the myths and legends of indigenous people, visitations to Earth by star people have been recorded throughout the ages; there is also evidence of human contact with our inter-galactic neighbours who move thoughout the universe freely; space travel being at the core of their reality. They travel along energy grids that power their space ships, and as a result, are able to transit with incredible speed. We can communicate with these intelligences by shifting the gears of consciousness. We can walk among the stars to discover the images that reflect our past, present, and future - all part of the multi-dimensional experience. There has never been a more important time for this communication to be awakened. The signs in the night's sky are a mirror image of what is taking place on Earth. Long ago, indigenous peoples navigated their world guided by the movement of the stars. The Maori people of New Zealand were led in this way to the shores of New Zealand, and will again be assisted by the night's sky which will deliver information we require to take this quantum leap in consciousness.
Chapter 11 Turkish Influences In travelling to this land, I became immersed in a culture that was built on the foundations laid by a great and inspirational man, Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. In expressing himself, Ataturk spoke of a human responsiblity to other nations. "Humankind is a single body, and each nation a part of that body. We must never say, 'What does it matter to me if some part of the world is ailing?' If there is such an illness, we must concern ourselves with it as though we were having that illness". If we were to adopt this philosophy as an integral part of our world view, the evolutionary path would be an easy journey, and nations would be able to build bridges of spiritual and physical growth, a tribute to our intelligence as a species.
Teachings 8: Records of Earth A knowing and understanding of the planet and the enormous beauty it contains is abounding. You will be reawakened to this as you move forward in higher consciousness. Earth is alive, as you are; it has major and minor energy centres. The silver cord of Earth is centred in Egypt and connects to the heavens above. This energy centre has become activated by those wise enough to have been guided in the ritual of ignition for these times ahead. Further openings shall be activated when the time is right, as it would be a foolish mistake to activate these energy centres too soon. Earth has right and left hemispheres, organs, and other parts, exactly as you do. It is a living, feeling, breathing planet that vibrates and emits a frequency just as you do; your frequencies correspond with the Earth's. How do you think the wise ones commanded the elementals of Earth? A good question, you may ask. The answer brings us back to consciousness; this is the connecting factor of the All that is. You are not separate from the Earth, the plants, and the animal life; you are a part of it, and when you understand this, when you truly feel it, God Bless you!
Chapter 13 Conclusion: The Arrival of a New Species: Us! Today, I believe - along with so many others - that as human beings, we are on the cusp of a shift in consciousness that will result in an evolutionary shift in our species. We are in the transitional period of this event, and seeing the changes happening all around us on the planet (that incidentally, cannot be denied), we can no longer operate as we have in the past. We all have a job to do. As the Ascended Masters impress upon me daily, we must join hands, walk together, and share this new information with others so new thought patterns can be created and change be effortlessly introduced. The pains of mankind will surely continue; in fact, they will increase for those who fight against that which is inevitable. We can continue on and evolve, changing our form, possibly even our 'venue', or simply cease to exist.
From the teachings of Jose Silva and the Silva Method I learned that I am more than my physical body, and that by learning to solve problems (challenges) by using sensing faculties beyond the five senses, we become better humans, our creations great, and success ours.
